FAQ
How long will my order take to arrive?
For our in stock ready to ship items, please allow 2-3 working days for dispatch. For personalised items, please see the banner on our main page which has our current dispatch waiting times. If you need an order urgently please send us an email and we will see if we can accommodate a rush order. Please note there may be a fee for rush orders and we only accommodate rush orders if agreed in advance. Please do not place your order and then contact us with a deadline for delivery as we may not be able to accommodate and we don't offer refunds or changes once the order is placed.
Who will my order be shipped with?
We ship all our parcels with Evri and the delivery time is based on the service you chose and checkout . When you order has been dispatched, you will receive an order with your tracking information. Please download the Evri app to track your order and receive live updates. If your order has not arrived within 5 working days please raise a case with Evri and send us an email with your order number and tracking number so we can assist in resolving this. Please do not contact us before this time has passed.
Can I cancel my order once it's placed?
Unfortunately, we cannot allow cancellations or changes to orders once they have been placed. We cannot track individual changes to orders & we cannot cancel due to stock being ordered in for you. It is important that you thoroughly check spellings and preferences before purchasing.
Can I return my order?
No, unfortunately we do not offer returns or refunds as per the government regulations on personalised products we do not have to offer refunds or exchanges on our products. They are custom made to order as per your request and therefore you must ensure that you ensure you are happy with the products before purchasing.
If there is a problem with an order please ensure this is reported within 48 hours of receiving your parcel so we can rectify this in a timely manner. We regret that after this time we will not be able to assist with replacements and you will therefore be liable for any returns fees.
*Competition Terms*
- Prize: The competition prizes will very per competition. The prize for each competition is detailed on the Instagram post promoting the prize. We will often collaborate with other companies. The prizes involved in the competition are individually given by each company and we are not responsible for the other companies and their prizes. All prizes are to be dispatched by the individual companies unless otherwise specified.
- Entry requirements: our competitions are only open to UK residents.
- Entry method: the competition can only be entered on the relevant Instagram post. Once the competition is closed entries will not be counted. Every individual post will detail its closure date and time. There will always be terms for a vote being counted and those will be detailed in the post.
- Ticket terms: The vouchers will be valid for use within 3 months of the competition taking place. Once the 3 months has passed the voucher will expire and is not transferable.
